Ecological movement "Eco survival" is a non-governmental and non-profit organization founded in 2003. It was founded as a result of the need for organized action in the field of environmental protection and preservation, tourism development and promotion, preservation of cultural- historical heritage. Ecological movement Eco survival is active in the area of Kotor Varos, but its program activities are implemented on the whole territory of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Association operates on the principle of free association of the citizens. The association is particularly advocated for:
- Preservation and revitalization of flora and fauna in the area of activities with emphasis on endemic and endangered population,
- Promotion of tourist potentials of the environment, in which association operates,

- Promotion and preservation of cultural-historical heritage,
- Realization of cooperation with domestic and foreign organizations and institutions, whose activity is environmental protection and tourism development,
- Promoting and supporting healthy and natural food,
- Educational activities by organizing seminars, round tables and publications of the environmental improvement and protection, tourism development, preservation of cultural - historical heritage,
- Organizing massive action (maintenance of natural areas, maintenance of tourist destinations, organized educational workshops in nature),
- Writing project proposals to various donors in order to find funds for financing the work and activities of the association.

Association has 130 members of all age generations, but the largest number of members makes youth. Membership is based on a voluntary basis and whoever is interested can access the association, regardless of gender, religious or national belonging. Management structure of the association consists of the Assembly of the Association, Board of Directors and the Supervisory Board.
Starting from the period of its establishment until today, in collaboration with partners association implemented a large number of different activities:
-    Education of citizens in various topics in the field of environmental protection and tourism development in collaboration with educational institutions, local government and other NGOs.  Emphasis was placed on the youth population,
-    Promotion of important dates in field of environmental protection (promotion of the World Water Day, Earth Day, Day of the Sun, Day of environmental protection and anti-smoking day), in cooperation with educational institutions, local government and other NGOs,
-    Activities of town cleaning (spring cleaning of the town, planting flowers and ornamental plants, cleaning of riverbeds Vrbanja and  its tributaries, maintenance of tourist destinations),
-    Actvities on the Day of muncipality (selection of the best art and literary works, selection of the most beautiful yard),
-    The continuous presentations of the association's activities (presentations in print and electronic media, presentations in congresses, conferences, seminars and other events).

Independently or in partnership association has implemented the following projects:
-    "Project of protection river Vrbanja and its tributaries" - project was implemented in 2008, the donor was Netherlands Development Agency (SNV),
-    Project of water and environmental protection and promotion of tourist potentials of Kotor Varos, " Maintenance of the Nature Park Waterfall Grasshopper "- project was implemented in 2009 - the donor was Netherlands Development Agency (SNV) and the township council of Kotor Varos,
-    The project "Local Environmental Action Plan - LEAP for the municipality of Kotor Varos"- The project was realized in cooperation with the REC BiH and township council of Kotor Varos- donor was Swedish International Development Agency (SIDA).

The Association has continued successful cooperation with numerous national and international organizations such as SIDA, SNV, CESVI, Tourist organization of Republica Srpska, Tourist community of Bosnia and Herzegovina, mountaineering society "Mechanism", Red Cross Kotor Varos, CA "Youth City", CA "Youth Center", Inter-municipal association "The Pearls of Vrbanja".
